At Malay Apparel, we aim to dispatch orders quickly and keep delivery simple and reliable.
Processing and dispatch times
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.
During busy periods, sales, bank holidays, or unexpected courier delays, dispatch may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.
UK delivery options
We currently offer the following UK delivery options:
Standard UK Delivery
Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days after dispatch
Express UK Delivery
Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days after dispatch
Free UK Delivery
Free UK delivery is available on orders over £60.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weekends and bank holidays may affect delivery times.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
If your tracking has not updated straight away, please allow up to 24 hours for the courier system to update.
Incorrect delivery information
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
If you notice a mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or shipped.
Delayed or missing orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information first.

Please include your order number and delivery postcode so we can look into it quickly.
Lost parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier. If the parcel is confirmed as lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Delivery restrictions
At the moment, our delivery options may be limited to the United Kingdom. If international delivery is available at checkout, delivery costs and estimated delivery times will be shown before you place your order.
Customs, duties and taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices unless clearly stated at checkout.
Delivery within 30 days
We aim to deliver orders within the timeframes shown at checkout. In line with UK online selling rules, goods should be delivered within 30 days unless a different delivery timeframe has been agreed with the customer.
