Use your order number and email address to check the latest delivery status.
If you only placed your order recently, tracking usually appears once the parcel has been scanned by the courier.
Where to find tracking
Your confirmation and dispatch emails include the most direct Shopify order status link for that order.
No update yet?
If tracking still shows no movement after dispatch, it may be waiting for the courier's first scan. Support can help if it looks stuck for longer than expected.
