Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition.

How to return

To start a return, email us at info@malayapparel.co.uk with your order number and reason for return and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

If your item is faulty or damaged, please include a photo and we will arrange a free return label for you.

Return window

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. We recommend keeping tags attached and trying items indoors until you are sure on the fit.

Condition

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Tags should still be attached where provided.
  • Returns may be refused if items show obvious wear, damage, or heavy fragrance.

Refund timing

We check returns once they arrive back with us.

Processing

Refunds are usually processed within 5 working days after inspection.

Bank timing

Your bank may take a little longer to show the refund depending on provider.

Faulty items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, return postage is completely free and covered by us.

Exchanges

We currently recommend placing a new order for the replacement size or colour, then returning the original item so you do not miss stock while waiting.
